  • Most orders ship the 1st week of the month. However, we do allow for shipping from the start to the end of the month.

  • You can place an order 24 hours/7 days a week on NuOrder.

    1. Come see the line - Check with your rep for their show and road calendar.

    2. Call your rep! The reps can help you order the right styles over the phone.

    3. You are always welcome to send reorders or email requests to the Customer Service team support@sadiesage.com.

  • All order adjustments need to be made within 5 business days of placing your original order. We do not accept cancellations or adjustments after 5 business days. In order to minimize fashion waste, we produce styles based on the orders received. Your orders have been produced specifically for you. All submitted orders are considered approved orders and cancellations cannot be accepted after 5 days.

  • We understand that circumstances may arise causing a need to push back your delivery. We cannot guarantee all styles will be available at the later ship date, but we can certainly do our best to accommodate. Please note that for the best possible experience for all customers, we ship as ready. In order to adjust delivery dates, please contact your sales rep.

  • We accept returns if the merchandise you receive has a manufacturer’s defect. Please submit a request in writing to your sales rep, including details and photos of the damage. We utilize this information to improve our quality processes and to provide better service to you. All damaged items credit requests must be received within 30 days of delivery. Sometimes we will ask you to return the damaged pieces. If we do not request to return, please donate if the item is still wearable.

  • All products are curated in California and made worldwide! We produce most of our goods with partners in Los Angeles and China.

  • We offer e-commerce style photos that your boutique can use! We can send you a link to the folder of images.
